His fondness for exploration, electronics, and technology and keeping up with the latest trends, and never say no attitude enable the company to the new success, he is named in “The Jewel of Punjab” and in “The World of Business” as the most dynamic leader besides other numerous awards given to him.

B&M was formed in 1978 and is now one of the leading variety retailers in the UK. B&M has grown to over 600 stores and employs over 28,000 staff. KS Sandhu ( Johnny)
Johnny is the Founder of Multi Lines. He has helped Multi Lines grow from a startup to a global enterprise. He has been the driving force behind Multi Lines’s continuous growth, innovation and expansion. Over the years, he has been actively involved in building the corporate infrastructure needed to uphold Multi Lines’s rapid growth, and in forging strategic partnerships essential to manage the scale. His significant contribution has allowed Multi Lines to grow exponentially over the years and amongst the fastest growing sourcing companies in Asia.
Being born in Hong Kong which is financial and trading hub owing to its vicinity with China, he always has high inclinations towards product trading and supply management. He started his career in 1997 as a sales executive with a trading firm where he learned business inside out. He very soon landed himself in the “Head of Sales” position and went to take bigger positions. As he gained experience by the day, he is resolute to achieve his aim and started Multi Lines in 2008 with the low investment and small office. Today, under his leadership, Multi Lines has offices and showrooms in Hong Kong and China spreading to 60,000 square feet and has an enterprise value of more than $1 billion.
In 2016, Johnny founded Cheer House Limited as a startup directly owned by him and brought numerous strategic investments including “Home Saver” in Ireland and in less than a 3 year, grew it to become the fastest growing retail supermarket store in Ireland. He oversees the day-to-day global operations of all of these businesses.
Johnny is respected as an innovator in the field of supply chain, procurement and logistic management. He has been instrumental in architecting and successfully creating some of the most advanced products and solutions in the field of product merchandising and retail innovation solutions. He has contributed articles to both technical journals and industry magazines. In 2017, “Jewel of Punjab” featured Johnny as a “Global Personality” and in the same year, “World Of Business” featured Johnny as one of the “Asia Pacific Success Leader”.
His leadership style is different from his contemporaries. He strongly believes that understanding what your customer need is half the battle won. He takes pride in focusing his key areas towards the interest of his patrons. He believes that the ever-changing global scenario and markets have the potential for everyone to grow and leverage upon and its is this conviction that he has made into his mission.
